3. Clearance & Preparation for Sale

We manage the full clearance of the property, carefully packing and removing all contents, and sorting items for donation, recycling, or disposal. Once cleared, we carry out any agreed repairs or renovations to improve presentation and value.

2. Planning & Purchase of Contents

We start by tailoring a plan that suits your timeline and goals. We make an offer to purchase the house contents. From there, our team handles every aspect of packing, sorting, donation coordination, and waste removal—taking the stress out of the process from day one.

4. Finishing & Handover

Once the property is cleared, we handle final touches such as cleaning and garden tidy up to ensure it's ready for sale or rental. We then return the keys, provide a completion report, and ensure you’re 100% satisfied before handover.
